Job Description

We are seeking hardworking and motivated individuals to join our Construction General Labor Cleanup Crew. As a member of this team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and organized construction site by performing various cleaning, debris removal, and general labor tasks. Perform general cleanup duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting construction areas to maintain a safe and orderly environment. Remove debris, trash, and hazardous materials from work sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and guidelines. Assist in the disposal of waste materials in appropriate containers and disposal areas. Operate cleaning equipment and tools such as brooms, shovels, pressure washers, and industrial vacuums. Collaborate with other team members to support ongoing construction activities. Assist tradespeople by moving materials, equipment, and tools as needed. Ensure that work areas are consistently clean and hazard-free to minimize potential accidents. Adhere to established safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Follow instructions from supervisors and project managers to efficiently complete tasks. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working within a diverse team. Attention to detail is a must.

Requirements:

This is a physically demanding position that requires standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in varying weather conditions. OSHA 10 Certification is preferred. Must be willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen.
