Hiring Now: Quality Inspectors / Sorters – Findlay, OH
LaborMax Staffing is looking for dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Quality Inspectors/Sorters.
Job Details:
Standing entire shift (with scheduled breaks)
Inspecting and sorting parts in a manufacturing setting
May work on a production line
Must be able to lift 20+ pounds
Requires strong attention to detail
Travel to and from multiple manufacturing sites in and around Findlay, OH
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Ability to stand full shifts without restrictions or accommodations
Background check and E-Verify required
Pay & Mileage:
1st Shift: $15/hr
2nd & 3rd Shift: $16/hr
Overtime: Time and a half after 40 hours
Weekend Rule: Any weekend hours = time and a half (even if 40 hours not met)
Mileage: $0.50 per mile after 41 miles
