Starts at $45k/yr-$47yr DOE

Job Summary:

A CNC Operator operates metal-cutting machinery to build needed parts of various projects. Their duties include studying blueprints and creating the design, cutting metal and manipulating it to build the project, and performing regular maintenance on their machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

Loading and unloading raw materials and parts into CNC machine

Adjusting/offsetting Haas, Mori Seiki, CNC lathes and mills

Examine complete workpieces for defects.

Measure complete workpieces to verify conformance.

Using gauges and measuring devices

Reading blueprints; familiar with G codes

Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, fumes, and dust particles.

Maintain a clean work area.

Minimum Requirements:

6+ months of CNC Operation in a manufacturing setting is preferred, but not required; will accept 6+ months experience with fabrication &/or operating machines and equipment in a manufacturing setting.

Effective communication skills.

Train fast and easy with the ability to be able to operate on your own with minimal assistance within your probation period.

Pass a basic criminal check (no violent or theft related crimes under 7 years; no violent crimes period)
