Job Description
LaborMAX Staffing is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as General Laborers. As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support our clients in various industries. This position offers opportunities for growth and development in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials or products.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks, as well as stocking shelves or storage areas.
Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a labor-intensive role preferred but not required.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects safely.
Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed.
Flexibility to work in various environments and schedules.
